Opatija. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. Hotel parking spaces in front of the house for a fee (25 EUR per day payable on site).

Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
