Valbandon. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm large, enclosed garden property with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The pool is exclusive to this apartment. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.35 m deep). Pool with hydromassage (chlorine-free electrolysis).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area, gas stove (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet, and window.
