The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Sukošan. The holiday house is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.
