The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is 10 m from the sandy beach, there are trees and shade, no waves and wind, the bay. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
