The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2013, was renovated in 2018, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is also popular due to its view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Available for shared use are: parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and hammock swing.

Prižba. The holiday flat is located on a 1,100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house part-time, but uses a separate entrance. In the same house there are holiday flat DAL KOR 046 (2 persons), 2 holiday flats type DAL KOR 002 (5 persons each) and holiday flat DAL KOR 023 (6 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
