The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1978, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, within a residence, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the panoramic view from the property and its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger and barbecue facilities.
