The holiday home, renovated in 2006, is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, and barbecue facilities.

Kamminke. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is located in the middle of the village and borders on meadows. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, diameter 3.60 m, depth 0.90 m). Pool usage also depends on weather conditions.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Attic floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
