The holiday home is in a fantastic location close to the Alte Donau recreational area in the Donaustadt district (500m to the beach), ideal for swimming, surfing, cycling or ice skating in winter. A well-kept garden and a beautiful terrace where you can make plans for your holiday over a leisurely breakfast make the house the perfect holiday home.

The living/dining area and the terrace are elevated so that you have a beautiful view over the garden. The floor is tiled and fitted with a large carpet, the ceiling is made of wood. Spacious living/dining area in a romantic, rustic style. Two bedrooms, WC and kitchen are also on the ground floor. In the basement there is a bathroom with bath and shower. The bus line 93 A can be reached in 3 minutes.

15 minutes on foot to the underground (U1+U2) to the city centre, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Prater, Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna Hofburg, State Opera, Ringstrasse, etc. make this house very attractive for cultural city excursions.
