The domicile is also popular because of the view of the mountains from the property and the sunny hillside location. Available for use: ski boot dryer. Ski storage room. Trampoline for children.


Location
Zell am Ziller. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The holiday apartments TIR ZIL 014 (5 people) and TIR ZIL 015 (for 6 people) are located in the same house. PLEASE NOTE: There is a construction site directly near the apartment. Due to an unforeseeable storm damage (force majeure), the municipality of Gerlosberg has started early to renovate/develop the area around the apartments. Therefore, there will be noise disturbances in the future. Access is directly from the main road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
