The holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny location by the water. For shared use are available: parasol, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Strobl, district Oberes Aigen, 543 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Situated by a stream, in the Aigen district. The stream also invites for Kneipp therapy. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 900 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
