The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location. A rustic country house with a personal touch is a rarity not only from the perspective of old wooden architecture but also due to its lively and documented history. The listed buildings, constructed in traditional timber-frame style and completely renovated, are over 300 years old. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 600 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.
