The apartment is on the top floor of a former barn. This is on the edge of a small village and is surrounded by fields and a garden. From the large terrace you have a wide view of the landscape. There is only one bedroom. A folding bed can be added if necessary. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking, for example around the Werbellinsee or in the Grumsiner Forst, Europe's largest beech forest.

Right behind the house is a small lake for swimming. The lido at the nearby Parsteinsee with its flat shore is ideal for children. In the ecological village Brodowin you can buy fresh organic products.
Angermünde with its historic old town is 15 minutes away. It offers many shops and hourly train connections to Berlin. In Chorin you can visit the romantic monastery ruins. Technology freaks will be thrilled by the Niederfinow boat lift.
