The apartment is spacious (75m2) and sunny, all rooms open to a large balcony, South-west facing with a partial view to the sea and islands of Cannes, as well as to the parc with mediteranean vegetation and hundered years old olive trees.
A seperate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffeemachine and a washing machine in a seperate storage room.
The spacious living area has a comfortable fold-out sofa which can be used as additional sleeping facility (french size bed 1,40m suitable for 2 persons), flat screen (TV satellite), WiFi, large dinnig table.
Two bedrooms, each room has Twinbeds (to be used as Queenbed , 1 x 1,80m, or can be used as two Single beds, 2 x 0,90m), with wardrobe and both open to a balcony
On the balcony there is a second dining table for al fresco dining and sunlounges.
The accomodation has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with Shower, the second with a huge shower and toilette, as well as a second toilet which is seperat.
The property is very comfortable, high standing and tastefully decorated.

In the parc of the residence there is a beautiful huge pool (22mx11m) , which is secured and garded and therefor also suitable for children.

For guests coming by car a secured garage is at their disposal (no extra charge), please check size when arriving with a SUV !

The apartment has Airconditioning , in the main room and the South facing sleeping room.
The north facing sleeping room has a fan.

Please note that the final cleaning is at an extra charge of 75 Euros and is due in cashon departure.
