The approximately 90 square meter, quietly located chalet is located in 2. Sea line very close to the steep coast in a cul-de-sac and offers a wonderful panoramic view from the roof terrace. It is located on a large plot of approx. 800 sqm and is divided as follows: From the entrance area you can reach the cozy living room on the left with a fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi and a flat-screen satellite TV. The large kitchen opposite on the right is fully equipped and offers u. a. a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc. and a small cozy seating area for kitchen-dwelling friends.
In the back of the house there are 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed or Bunk bed. The bedrooms are each equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used for heating in winter. In the outdoor area there is a pool of approx. 3 x 7 m, a new complete outdoor bathroom and in addition a large outdoor shower and various attractive seating areas on the various terraces. There are also two parasols, a large barbecue with a comfortable seating area, and 4 loungers. On the spacious roof terrace there is also a cozy lounge group to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view and the sea view. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided by the owner. The house is rented all year round.
