Villa with garden in Lucca, less than 900 meters from the old town. The house is divided into two floors with an area of approx. 180 sqm. On the ground floor, completely tiled in terracotta, there is a large dining room with fireplace, the kitchen, a bright living room with access to the garden, a bathroom and a double room. Upstairs, fully tiled with wooden floors, there are three double bedrooms, and a three-bed room (all with air conditioning) and a large bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms are covered with mosquito nets. Outside, a large veranda allows you to enjoy the mild climate in Tuscany from the spring months. In the large garden of 300 square meters you can use the grill or prepare your own pizza with the Holzhofen. In summer (May 15th to approx. Sep 15th) an above-ground pool will be installed (diameter: 4.88m, depth: 1.22m). The house was renovated in 2012 and can comfortably accommodate 11 people. For larger groups we offer the possibility to provide an additional bed.
