About This Property
Welcome to our quiet, new 75 sqm apartment in Berlin-Mitte with eignem entrance, letterbox and doorbell. The apartment is very child friendly and also suitable for people with disabilities (door width in living and sleeping room 82cm, ground floor – no steps!).
It is located in the center of Berlin, in the international city that never sleeps. You will feel in a modern, well-equipped ground floor apartment directly opposite the Weinberg Park very well. Many restaurants, boutiques, galleries, pubs and wine bars can be found within 5 minutes' walk away.
The apartment has been newly built in 2012, has a floor made of real wood flooring with underfloor heating, 3 meter high ceilings and a large, new, fully equipped kitchen, which is open integrated into the living room. On a large table can accommodate up to 6 people for dining space. On a cozy couch to relax, enjoy music with Bose Soundsystem (2 boxes) or watch TV. A small desk and an extra double bed for two persons are also located in the living room. Two people can sleep in the bedroom on a high quality double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) in beech wood with new bed bases and new mattresses. 1 or two children can also sleep in the sleeping room on a child mattress or in a baby crib, you ca operate rent.
You can have breakfast either wonderfully at home or on the road in the breakfast restaurant 'Maria', or in many other places in the immediate vicinity. The lockable bathroom has a bath with shower over and a glass partition.
Your hosts live in the same house and are usually daily for you personally or reachable via SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, email, mobile phone.
