The 3 *** star holiday home consists of 2 separate, fully furnished apartments and is ideal for 2 families. Old stone house which has been lovingly and gently old construction, renovated 4 years ago, is located in a rimmed garden with large pool. The lower apartment is designed for 2 persons, the upper apartment for 4 people. Amenities include coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, free Internet, games, books. Partially covered terrace and patio, romantic garden with large pool, stone barbecue and the wine cellar (wine cellar). Sunny and shady seating and berths invite you to linger. From the terrace you can watch ships on their way through the sea with good visibility.
Our guests receive a bottle of wine typical as a welcome gift. During your stay, you have to be a country specialty (Beka) for Nachessen our guests.
Bikes are available for free, as is the use of the washing machine.
Looking for rest and relaxation, then you are exactly right with us. They are located in a small Istrian village, the ideal starting point to explore Istria, whether by car, bicycle, bike or on foot. The sea by car in about 10 minutes. Fazana and Pula are 15 km away, the Brijuni islands are reachable by ferry from Fazana. Rovinj and other great destinations can be reached in 30- 45 minutes. A bar and a typical Croatian supermarket where you can cover your daily needs well, are 800 meters away.
The known good and excellent olive oil are available directly from the neighbor.
Towels / bath towels, cleaning, electricity / water and taxes are included in the rent.
