The centuries-old rural property is in total seclusion surrounded by olive groves, in-house vineyard and hilly forest landscape. We are located in the heart of southern Tuscany, near the lovely, sleepy town of Monte San Savino and between the two art-historical towns of Siena and Arezzo.
Also within reach is the cradle of the Renaissance and at the same time vibrant capital of Tuscany - Florence.
This place is a gem, originally quiet and wild. Here you will find extensive nature and a breath of the bygone days that still bear these walls, some of which are over 400 years old.
The house presents itself as an exclusive property with honest, rural charm that can only be inhabited as a whole (with and without adjoining house) for up to 12 people (8 adults + 4 children).

In summer you are hardly dependent on the cozy inside.
Outside, the property offers a special place for everyone: be it the summer kitchen, which promises convivial evenings with its fireplace / grill and large table, or the Ulmenter terrace, which makes hot days in the shade more than bearable. The spacious pool invites you to refreshment.
All buildings are built in natural stone masonry and decorated in a rustic-modern style with high comfort.
In the main house are the spacious kitchen with large fireplace and central table, two large double bedrooms each with their own bathroom / WC. On the ground floor, three living rooms that merge into one another invite you to idleness: library, fireplace room and TV room. In the southern part of the house are a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a private bathroom / toilet.
The detached outbuilding - the former barn - has been converted into a guest house: upstairs with double bedroom with bath / WC and on the ground floor with a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and private terrace.
You will find the property about 8 km from Monte San Savino, near the Castello di Gargonza. In Monte San Savino, with its 10 000 inhabitants, there are many restaurants, cafes and bars for every taste, nice boutiques and all shops. Every Wednesday morning is weekly market in the historic center.
