LOS OLIVOS - ideal for individual vacationers and families who avoid mass tourism and want to get to know the island from its most beautiful side. The property is characterized by a loving, tasteful decor. The high ceilings in the style typical of the country and the walls partially clad with Mares stones, as well as a pellet stove with a viewing window in the living area ensure a cozy and pleasant ambience. Of course, satellite TV and WiFi are also available free of charge. A large brick table with rustic wooden top can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen, which is open to the living / dining area, is fully furnished and has a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and a well-stocked wine rack. From here you have direct access to the terrace.

A passage also clad with Mares stones leads to a small anteroom leading to the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedrooms are also furnished with great attention to detail and each have a double bed, wardrobe / chest of drawers, etc. An additional folding bed is also available, so that the overnight stay for 4 to max. 5 people is given. The bedrooms and the bathroom are oriented to the east to enjoy the morning sunrise with a view of the fruit trees.
The bathroom between the relaxation rooms has a walk-in shower, a vanity with a large mirror, toilet, a cosmetic cabinet with hairdryer and a washing machine. The second bathroom is adjacent to one of the bedrooms and is equipped with a large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Also available are an iron, ironing board, clothes horse and 2 additional ovens for the cooler season.

The terrace, covered with terracotta tiles and natural stones, is extensively roofed in the south in such a way that the attractive beams and roof tiles are visible and thus support the Mediterranean flair. The 3 supporting pillars are covered by bougainvillea. Enjoy nice hours in the cozy seating lounge or prepare typical dishes on the brick barbecue. Of course, using fresh herbs such as rosemary or thyme, which you can harvest in the garden. A comfortable outdoor dining area is just waiting to be stylishly covered.
You can also enjoy the large pool with sun terrace and nartus stone shower. This invites you to unforgettable hours.
The surrounding property is divided into a green area accessible from the terrace, ideal for sunbathing under the palm trees, an orchard with citrus fruits and stone fruit behind the house, a herb and cactus area, and a 'sea of lavender' in the input area. The access to the finca leads along approx. 80 newly planted olive trees (hence the name: 'Finca Los Olivos'), which will ensure that olive oil is pressed in the near future. A parking area for at least 2 vehicles is also available.
