The lovely, newly renovated holiday home in Grimersum, a district of Krummhörn, is located in an idyllic location directly on the Greetsieler Sielief and is ideal for anglers with its 25 m long shore. A sun terrace with a view of the large, fully fenced garden and the unobstructed view of nature and the expanse of the Krummhörn invites you to relax. You can also go swimming or boating in the canal. In spring 2015, a separate jetty and a new bank fortification were created. A motor boat is available and can be rented.
The house is located in a quiet settlement and offers with its 100 m² space for 6 people.

On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining area with a large patio door with a great view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and everything you need for everyday life.
The living room is separated from the dining area with a wooden arch with spot lights and has a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with integr. Receiver and a DVD player.
The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer.
The house with 2 bedrooms with double bed (one on the ground floor), 2 bedrooms with single beds (with canal view) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower) is ideal for 6 people.
There is a garage for storing motorcycles or bicycles. A shed for storing your fishing utensils with a small fridge is also included. There are also 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
A roof between house and shed is ideal for smokers and for storing z. B. Suitable for laundry etc.
In summer the terrace is covered with a pavilion and chairs incl. Cushions, table, couches and additional parasol fully equipped. A grill is of course also part of it.
New external blinds are attached to all windows, with the exception of the large terrace window (with a slatted curtain).
