Your holiday home on Rügen: It is located in the OT Lancken, in a dead end, in a newly built settlement, quiet area, surrounded by flowering meadows, lush fields and juicy sea buckthorn bushes.
The natural beach is only a few minutes, on a trail, across the field.
With great attention to detail, the holiday home was completed in October 2013. It is not too big for two and not too small for six people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a large dining table merging into the living area with bookshelf, woodburning stove and a small conservatory. The open plan living area is connected by a spiral staircase to the upper floor. This is divided into two bedrooms, each with a double bed, one with an additional sofa bed and a small pirate bunk with a single bed. In addition, a travel cot can be set up. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower on the upper floor. A second bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. The 450sqm plot is surrounded by a Rügen typical stone wall, on which the roses bloom in summer. For hours of sunshine from morning to evening, the large terrace around the corner offers the perfect idyll.
