Beautiful stone country house situated on a 7000m² plot of land in the countryside between Alcudia and Pollenca, which aims to ensure a relaxing holiday with family or friends. From the kitchen window and the seat at the outdoor kitchen you can look up to the mountain range of Cabo de Formentor and can roam from looking into the distance of the Tramuntana mountains from the pool while enjoying the sun on one of the 8 chairs.
The house has a large and very well-equipped kitchen, a 60 m² living and dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a guest toilet, what you need everything for a holiday with several people. In addition, two small children can sleep in cots. Air conditioning and Free WiFi are also available.
There is an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and plenty of cozy places around the house, invite you to linger.

Up to Port de Pollenca there are about 13 kilometers until Port de Alcudia 8 km. With its beautifully landscaped promenades that invite you to stroll and to stop at numerous cafes, this coastal village are always worth a visit. The beautiful sandy beaches of this region are achieved in a short time and are particularly suitable for children. The two beautifully situated 18 hole golf courses Pollenca and Alcanada are within a few minutes, but the varied environment also invites for exploring by bike and offers great cycling routes.
The old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa (7 or 12 min by car) invite in small streets with historic flair for shopping and strolling. In many restaurants around the market places of the two cities can be tapas, enjoy the Majorcan cuisine and international dishes if you do not even want to spend on the Finca the evening.
