Private vacation home

The large kitchen with dining area in the holiday home offers enough space. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. You have the option to order fresh breakfast pastries every day (except Sundays and public holidays). The house has three separate bedrooms, each with a shower / toilet. THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF CHERRY so that a healthy and deep sleep is guaranteed. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. In addition, there are two living rooms in the holiday home where you can retreat for quiet moments or a reading lesson. In every living room there is also a satellite TV and free WiFi.

The holiday home is only a 10-minute drive from the Stubai Glacier, making it the closest wooden holiday home. If you want to leave the car in the garage you can reach the bus stop for the free ski bus after 50m. The nearest grocery store can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Summer and winter hiking trails for beginners and professionals in the immediate vicinity. Appetite for good home cooking? Several restaurants are very easy to reach on foot. The cross-country ski run and a small ski lift are located 300m from the house. You don't have ski equipment? No problem! In 500m on the way to the Stubai Glacier you will find a ski rental or you can rent the equipment directly at the glacier.

A large ski cellar including a ski boot dryer is located in the basement. Your vacation starts stress-free! No search for a parking space, no parking fees. In our holiday home you can park comfortably and free of charge in your own garage with direct access to the rooms.

Our house is a non-smoking house, we are happy to provide ashtrays for our smokers on the terrace and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
