Apartment

In a restored outbuilding on our property, 2 apartments have been created, furnished in Tuscan style with a lot of love and located together with the main house, which has also been restored, on a 40,000 sqm plot: the ideal place for those who really want to relax, far from roads and traffic noise. Children can spend the whole day outdoors here, there are no sources of danger.
There is a bedroom with an extra large double bed (mattress 2,00 m x 1,85 m) and in the living room a sofa bed, mattress size 1,40 m x 1,85 m, suitable for 2 children.

Outdoor area: from May to mid-October our HEATED pool is in operation.
There are comfortable deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
Each apartment has its own covered dining area with garden furniture, outdoor barbecue and sunbathing lawn.
Also there is covered car parking inside the (enclosed, with garden gate and remote control) property.
A table tennis table on the large lawn is available. There is also a basketball court.
Who is with us in the "vegetable garden times" is supplied (free of charge) with organic vegetables - who comes when the cherries are ripe, may pick as much as he wants, moreover, for self-harvesting: Apples, pears, figs.
In September you can look for mushrooms and blackberries in the forest belonging to the property ( and maybe find them ! ).

The nearest shopping facilities are down in the village of Poppi, many small corner shops, a weekly market, banks, post office, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, pizzerias, ristorantes are available, small café-bars where you can drink your cappuccino are everywhere, in short, everything that belongs to an Italian vacation is available and you live here almost only among locals, who are friendly to the vacation guest - the Casentino is not a tourist stronghold and perhaps therefore still an insider tip!
