Private vacation home

Villa Andrea was completely renovated in 2013. The house is a 150-year-old, large building. It is divided into two and we rent half, which has around 300 m2 of space, of course with its own entrance, private terrace, private parking spaces. The garden is part of the whole house, but our guests have the 'priority' there.

On the ground floor there is a large living / dining area with a fireplace, a separate library room with a bioethanol fireplace, a guest toilet and an area with a sauna, shower and relaxation room.

On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms with beds for 8 people and two spacious bathrooms with showers and double sinks. The main bathroom also has a whirlpool bath. A workstation with computer and printer is also on this floor.

From here you can reach the extended attic with a 7 foot quality pool table via a fold-down staircase.

At the back of the house there is a large terrace with a groundwater well and a spacious garden with a bowling green. A table tennis court offers additional entertainment.
