The approximately 100 m² large apartment is on the first Floor.
After entering the apartment you are in the corridor with a large mirror and wardrobe; to the left there is the kitchen (about 11 m²) with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and plenty of space for cooking; to the right there is the bathroom with tub / shower and toilet, next to it a second toilet with hand basin. Diagonally right there is a small (about 8 m²) bedroom with single bed (90 x 200 cm), wardrobe and corner seat.
Straight ahead you enter the furnished Biedermeier Salon Lübeck (about 27 m²) with comfortable sofa, table with 6 chairs, flat-screen TV.
Continue straight ahead and two steps up to enter into the heart of the apartment, the light-flooded veranda (about 16 m²) with cozy armchairs, a table for 5-8 people and a magnificent view of the water, from the Baltic Sea on the far left to the venerable "Passat" to the ferry terminal to the incoming and outgoing ships. When you open the sliding window, almost like sitting on the balcony, only much more protected.
Left from the salon large double doors open to the master bedroom (18 sqm) with large double bed (2 x 2 m), wardrobes, full length mirror.
