The bright and cozy apartment is upstairs. The wonderful view of the vineyards and of Landshut Castle - whether from the loggia or from the sofa in the living room - is fantastic. Here you will find the ideal atmosphere for a successful holiday.

The apartment is new and equipped with great attention to detail. It is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, in which a cot can be placed if required. A living room in which the sleeping area is separated by another double bed. The living room is u. a. equipped with a 2-seater and 3-seater sofa, whereby a sofa bed enables a further sleeping area of 143 x 200 cm. Furthermore with stereo, satellite TV and WiFi.

The modern built-in kitchen contains an electric stove with an oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a microwave and is lovingly equipped with the other equipment for everyday use.

In the dining room you will find a large fridge and freezer combination next to a large dining table with space for six people. The bathroom has a shower.

Enjoy the wonderful view with a nice glass of wine on the Logia.

Child-friendliness is very important to us.

Quiet and brushed dogs are also very welcome.

The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
