The more than 350-year-old former Montafon mountain farm is located at 1140m above sea level above Schruns in the Montafon in a unique, secluded location. The former mountain farm offers space for up to 12 people.

The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.

The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.

Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.

We are open all year round and our house can be booked in different categories.

Whether as self-catering accommodation, for those who like to be undisturbed, or as accommodation with breakfast. We are happy to adapt our offer to the wishes and requirements of our guests.
