The modern and brightly furnished apartment is located on the 'Schwalbenherd' directly on the Höhenwanderweg. The living room with dining area offers plenty of space and the large south-facing window offers a fantastic and unrestricted view over mountains and meadows. In the cozy bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a cot (70 x 140 cm). Additional sleeping in the living room for 2 people through a new sofa bed (160 x 200). The living room and the bedroom each have an exit to the very large, south-facing terrace. All windows and patio doors have shutters. Of course, color television, stereo, garden furniture, hair dryer and board games are part of the equipment. There are also 2 toboggan sleds available free of charge. The entire apartment is equipped with parquet and granite floors. The furniture mainly consists of solid wood furniture. So that allergy sufferers can also relax, no pets or smoking are permitted in the apartment. The apartment has its own parking space directly at the house and a drying room.

The town center, restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
