This fully furnished apartment is located on a quiet side street lined with old turn-of-the-century buildings in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Spread out over the ground floor of a well-kept building from the early 1900s and with its rear section facing a lush green backyard, you can enjoy the rest and relaxation after excursions, visits, work days, and all other activities which you brought to Berlin. With its three bedrooms, full size kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a tub), you will find plenty of space and all the amenities you need (like e.g. a dishwasher, TV set and free Wi-Fi) in order to have a comfortable home for shorter and longer stays.

The 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed which can be extended if needed to a single bed. One bedroom also has a private bathroom with its own shower and toilet. The main bathroom has a tub with shower, hand basin and a toilet. The living and dining room offers a table for 6-8 people and a cozy sitting area. It can be converted into a third bedroom with a large sofa that unfolds to another queen-size bed. A television and stereo set are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with 4 hotplates and an oven, a sink, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as all kinds of cooking utensils to prepare a good meal.
