Apartment

For us, our apartment is not a property of return, but our passion.

Accordingly, we have invested in equipment and comfort that surprise in detail. In a design concept with clear lines and lovely details. A place created that invites you to relax and feel good. Ideally rounded off by the perfect location in a very quiet side street while being close to the beach and the city center (approx. 400 meters each).

Bedroom number 1
For 2 people with box spring bed incl. 7-zone barrel spring mattress (test winner), built-in cupboard with sufficient hanging and inserting options, clock radio with IPod docking station and 32-inch satellite TV including 3D.

Bedroom no.2
For one person with a single bed incl. Badenia cold foam mattress (winner of the test), built-in cupboard with sufficient hanging and inserting options and access to the balcony.

Living-dining area
Living room equipped with 3-seat leather sofa including 2-seat leather stool by Ewald Schillig, 42-inch satellite TV including 3D and DVD, hi-fi system with radio, CD and iPod docking station.

Branded kitchen from Nolte with Siemens appliances (micro-oven combination, 4-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator incl. Freezer, toaster), coffee machine and kettle from Braun; Fully equipped with dishes and cutlery as well as kitchen accessories; Krups Nespresso machine; Salt, pepper, filter bags, dishwasher accessories (tabs etc.) are provided free of charge.

bathroom
Equipped with a spacious shower (120 cm long), real glass partitions and an additional rain shower shower incl. Towel radiators; 3 bath towels, towels and face towels from Vossen are provided; Bathroom scales and hairdryer from Braun (test winner); Hand soap and toilet paper (2 rolls) are provided free of charge.

Fully washing machine (Beko) and tumble dryer (Siemens) - both test winners - are available free of charge in their own basement
Wind-protected balcony with a set by Kettler with north-east orientation (ideal for breakfast)
Cleaning utensils such as vacuum cleaners, dustpan etc. Storage for strollers and toys in their own basement
Cot incl. Children's bed linen, high chair and children's dishes are also available free of charge if required

residential Property
The house convinces with its central location close to the beach, barrier-free access from the entrance to the apartment and the basement and was completed as a new building in spring 2013.
