Apartment

The 4-star apartment has a size of approx. 46 m² and is divided into kitchen, living room with couch (= 3. Bed), bedroom and shower / toilet. The couch in the living room is intended as a seat and lounger, but can also be used as a third Bed can be used. In the picture (on the Internet) this is shown as a bed, which we only cover if requested. In the apartment there is also a comfortable armchair and two comfortable chairs with armrests. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and a large, roofed south terrace with two comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture.
We ask you not to smoke in the apartment.


The price includes bed linen (they are already covered when you arrive; change weekly), towels (change weekly), high-speed Internet use (wirelless and Ethernet), Sky Welt + Film + Sport + Bundesliga Pay-TV, parking space, parking fees the public parking lots in the Ammergau Alps communities, free use of local public transport (new from 2012), additional costs (such as heating, water, etc.) and telephone charges to German landlines.
