Apartment

- The apartment is very spacious, with a high quality interior and offers a spectacular sea view from all rooms. You can walk to several beach restaurants [chiringuitos] along the beach.
- After a 5 minute drive you can reach shopping centers such as Aldi, Carrefour, Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski, etc
- The apartment has direct access to the garage and pool, so it is very convenient for parents with small children and people with a walker. The living room has very nice butlers furniture, Sky and ASTRA TV, DVD, DSL Internet, huge doors to the terrace and everyone looking out conveys the feeling of always being on the deck of a ship
- The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms [one en-suite] are equipped with built-in cupboards, marble floors [underfloor heating in the bathrooms] and very beautiful ceramics.
- The kitchen has granite work surfaces and walls, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge with separate freezer, as well as an electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes / cutlery for at least 6 people, etc
- The apartment has a new, very quiet air conditioning [hot and cold], which makes long-term rental of this location interesting. The terrace has four sun loungers, a dining area and a very comfortable seating for 6 people
- A very large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and paved areas complements the wonderful and quiet atmosphere of the complex.

We arrived from Seville and wanted to stay at the sea for a few days before we started the long trip back to Germany. The apartment is very nice, well laid out (you can go directly to the terrace from every room) and very well furnished. We were lucky with the weather and so we were outside from morning to afternoon, having breakfast, reading, relaxing. The view from the apartment is incredibly beautiful, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Not only the incredible sunrise every morning that 'kissed us out of bed', but also the lights from Marbella, Estepona and Gibraltar in the evening, the ships waiting to hurry into the Atlantic, everything was just very beautiful. Daniela sent us a mini guide (great idea) and so it was very easy to choose the restaurants for dinner, but also to design the program for the day ahead. Best recommendation!
