Lovely decorated . 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open, well-equipped kitchen. 2 x balcony above the bedroom and below from the living room facing south to enjoy the sun all day. (Lounger) chairs and table are on the balcony. The Klossherd in the living room gives wonderful warmth and coziness. TV with DvD player and free wifi for guests. The location of the hut is quiet (but not alone). Located on an unpaved side street. Only neighbors come. From the hut it goes right on the hiking trail to the mountain peaks and alpine pastures. The cows graze only a few meters from the house. Dairies can be visited within a few minutes' walk. There is homemade bread, cheese, buttermilk here. You can have a snack here with a wonderful view of the Falkert meadows. If you don't want to cook yourself, let yourself be pampered in one of the 5 restaurants in the village. Bread service is offered. You will then have your fresh breakfast rolls in the morning from 7 a.m. Visit the beautiful warm Carinthian lakes in the area (Wörthersee, Millstättersee) where you can take a wonderful swim.
In winter just 8 minutes on foot to the lifts and the ski school. Quickly back from the slopes to the hut. The trail goes past the house. Tobogganing in the village or skiing on the Falkertsee. Child-friendly ski area and very clear. No waiting in line at the lifts and they mostly live above the clouds (perfect weather!). For ski world championship slopes you are in 15 minutes by car in Badkleinkirchheim.
