All rooms have their own small balcony and are equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning. The living room is also equipped with a large air conditioning system and even has a beautiful, large granite fireplace. The two shaded pergola terraces offer a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. (Ground floor - terrace: 75m², upper floor - terrace: 15m²). Among other things, the villa has a private pool with 6 sun loungers and indoor and outdoor lighting, so the pool can be used at any time. A well-tended Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa and is decorated with carob and tartan trees, palm trees, Chinese roses and many other plants. The garden also has a barbecue grill and garden chairs.
