The apartment is on the ground floor of a house that was built in 2008. It is located on a hill, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. The landlord lives directly on the 2nd Floor.

The living area is 42m² and can accommodate 2-3 people incl. Eat-in kitchen for SELF-CATERING.

Access to the apartment via a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house.

Animals not allowed.
