With three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower with toilet, the house offers enough space for 4-5 people. In the cooler season, the rooms can be heated with electric radiators; the living / dining area with air conditioning.
The spacious kitchen (with electric stove, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher and various smaller electrical kitchen appliances) invites you to cook together, a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and various dining areas to enjoy indoors and outdoors.
In the not very large outdoor area you can find a sun spot all day long and from the large roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the wide surroundings and part of Cala Llombards. A few meters away at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac, you look up over the steep cliffs to the open sea and in the distance to the island of Cabrera!
