Apartment

The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet residential area of Nice. It is located in the 3rd Floor of an apartment building with 7 floors and central lift (there are only two apartments per floor).
This apartment is ideal if you do without a car during the day and still want to enjoy a good night's sleep away from the noise of tourists and old town bustle.
The center and the sea can easily be reached on foot or by tram and within a few minutes. (A single ticket costs 1.50 euros, a ten-card 10 euros, a weekly ticket 15 euros).
In the immediate vicinity there are several bakeries, small supermarkets, pharmacies and also a Lidl. Every day (except Mondays) you will find fresh fruits and vegetables on the market, a few streets away. A selection of bars and cheap restaurants can be found in the adjoining Borriglione area.
In the 'Avenue Borriglione' is also the tram, which brings you (without changing) in a few minutes in the large shopping street, the sea and the old town. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and a further 10 minutes by tram to the central 'Place Massena', which is located in the immediate vicinity of the miles long bathing beaches.
