Fantastic Andalusian-style villa with pool and sea views Casa Miratlantico is a stunning villa built around a patio. It has been completely refurbished and offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. The house faces southwest and has sea views from the upper terrace and studio. The partly covered patio with a protected BBQ area forms the centre of the villa. Between the patio and the garden there is a luminous living area (50 m²) with large dining table, sitting area with sofa and a modern, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. Thanks to the floor to ceiling windows this area seems to form one large unit with the patio and the garden. There is a terrace along the entire width of the house which ends in a covered terrace protected from the wind. The garden with its mature palm trees and 9 x 4 m pool is truly beautiful. There are three en suite bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which can be accessed by the patio. The biggest bedroom opens onto the terrace as well as the patio and has two single beds (90 cm wide) which may be joined into a double with a zipper. It is equipped with aire conditioning. The second bedroom has the same beds as the master bedroom and an open bathroom with separate WC. The third bedroom has another double bed (150 cm) and an open bathroom with separate WC. An outdoor staircase leads to the roofterrace with fantastic sea views and the upstairs studio (40m²) with doublebed (180x200cm mattress from Tempur) a sofabed, a kitchenette, shower room and air conditioning. Five windows offer a fantastic view over the palm trees to the sea. the whole house has underfloor heating and is comfortable for the winter time, too. Casa Miratlantico is an excellent holiday home for a large or two small families.
VFT/CA/04776 Casa Miratlántico is situated in the tranquil area of Fuente del Gallo in Conil. This privileged residential area features some stunning dwellings with picture perfect gardens. Fuente del Gallo has a small but well stocked supermarket as well as a good restaurant with tapa bar and shaded garden. The wonderful beach with three beach restaurants is only a short walk, and the charming fishing town of Conil is 2 km away.
