This spacious town house, which dates back to 18th century, is now equipped with all amenities: Floor heater, air-conditioner (cool and hot), fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, satellite television, swimming pool etc. The villa Neroli is generous spatially and in the materials used: Terracotta-floors, with old stone-paved courtyard, swimming pool with beach made of hardwood... The 2.5 m high stone walls ensure privacy of the courtyard and swimming pool.
