The maisonette 'Upper Deck' is located in a newly built house on the ground floor to DG primarily with uneingeschrängtem panoramic views over the Baltic Sea and the California. The apartment is divided into a sleeping area on the first floor with 2 large bedrooms and a full bath with corner tub and a living area on the top floor with large fully equipped kitchen and a nearly 30 square meters large living room with electric fireplace. On the top floor is also another bathroom with shower. Four rooftop ranges from 4 to 30 m2 in all directions allow any time of day resting above the roofs of California and stunning sea views. One can follow the sun throughout the day and finally enjoy the picturesque sunsets over the Baltic fully. All rooms are equipped with birch parquet, the bathrooms are tiled. The beach is in a minute. The emergence of the dike is located directly in front of your house. Also, a washer and dryer in the apartment free of charge.
