Apartment

The apartment, furnished with taste and great attention, is situated right on the shore, in a beautiful location between the natural reserve of the river 'Irminio' and the small fishing village Donnalucata. The very wide sandy beach is just 450 meters away and within walking distance. Also shopping facilities are easily reachable on foot.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two family house with separate entrance, car port in the courtyard, garden with sea views. It consists of two bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x double bed + 1 single bed), 2 shower rooms, a living / dining room with kitchen (open space). There are a total of 5 sleeps (no sofa beds!). 2 - 3 persons can, if desired, book only 1 bedroom / 1 bath. Please ask for this option, the price would be reduced in this case.

The house is new, fully air-conditioned and has a satellite receiver and internet connection (WiFi), washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, bicycles. On request, canoes and windsurfing.

The sea can be enjoyed throughout the year, especially for windsurfing, canoeing or sailing, as well as for romantic walks, jogging or just for a swim! Moreover, Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Noto and Siracusa are a must for fans of baroque architecture. These cities and their surroundings have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
