Private vacation home

Our house is located about 600 m from the city center in the closed residential complex "Les Mas du Levant". It is built in the Provençal style and was completely renovated in 2010 and adapted to today's requirements for sophisticated living. There is a parking space in front of the house. The house has a living space of around 57 square meters and consists on the ground floor of a larger living / dining room with a built-in kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and a storage room with washing machine and Microwave. In the living room there is a flat screen TV (German TV), a DVD player, WiFi and a hi-fi amplifier.


The upper floor consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a French double bed (width: 140 cm) and another room with two single beds). A high chair, changing mat and stool are available for small children. The shady terrace has an area of approximately 25 square meters and has a small view of the sea. As a highlight there is direct access to the sea from one of the most beautiful bathing bays in Cavalaire (approx. 2 minutes' walk) from the grounds of the residential complex; the sandy beach is about 1000m away.
