The cozy chalet in Ibeza- style stands in a garden with large palm trees in the pine slopes of Costa Canyamel villa district, in the quiet north-east Majorca. With much care sanitation, floors and building services were completely renewed since 2011. The traditional charm of the house has been preserved.

The house turns out to 2 separate living areas. From the pool terrace you enter the covered "Chill Out" with a summer kitchen, the adjacent small apartment with modern bathroom and the laundry room. The overlying range may be characterized if desired by one goal (toddlers). The apartment here is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a small library or play area, a modern bathroom and separate toilet and a living / dining area with fireplace and large windows to the covered terrace with sea views. The fully equipped kitchen was designed with typical Majorcan tiles and is open by a kitchen bar to the living area. The surrounding terraces and the wonderful roof terrace over the entire house can be every vacationer find a place for themselves or, enjoy the wonderful atmosphere in a large group, with family or friends.

This house with a garden is in a traditional style. When interior renovation it attention was paid to get older Mallorcan furniture and elements in order to preserve the character of the house.
