Villa

Our villa is perfect for your family holiday in Lagos. It is a
semi-detached house (the right side in the picture), and the other half of the house will not be used during the rental period. This means you have the entire property to yourself and can enjoy complete privacy.

The three highlights of this villa are its location, the large pool, and the rooftop terrace with sea views.

1. The Location
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Lagos in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful environment. Despite the tranquility, it is well
connected, as you can walk to the promenade in about 15-20 minutes, from where you can stroll to the historic old town. Additionally, three supermarkets are within a few minutes' walking distance.

2. The Pool
The large pool is perfect for swimming and diving. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the teak loungers on the pool deck. Next to the pool area, there is a built-in BBQ grill that you can use for a barbecue. Please note that the pool does not have child safety features.

3. The Rooftop Terrace
The house is located on a hilltop, and from the rooftop terrace, you have a spectacular panoramic view over Lagos and the sea. There’s nothing better than enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the views across Lagos and watching the sunrise. Additionally, both the living room and the kitchen have their own balconies.

The Accommodation
The ground floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms is a suite with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool, while the third bedroom faces the back and has a garden terrace. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated.

The first floor contains the living room, the kitchen, and a small bathroom with a toilet. The living room also serves as the dining room, and from the living room balcony, you have a beautiful view of Lagos and the sea.

Location
The villa is located in an upscale, quiet residential area within walking distance of the promenade (about 15-20 minutes) and the historic old town (about 25 minutes).

An Aldi (about 3-5 minutes), a Lidl, and a Continente are all within walking distance, making it easy and affordable to shop.

For sports enthusiasts, the Clube de Ténis e Padel is within walking distance, where you can easily play tennis and paddle.

All of the city’s wonderful beaches are quickly accessible by car, and it is also a great base for golfers.

Additionally, the residential area is on the northwestern edge of Lagos, so you can easily reach Luz and the west coast by car.
