Villa

Our Villa Toma, and your holiday home, is surrounded by the shade of pines and young olive trees. It is situated in the centre of Brela called Soline in a unique location at the beach. It is a stone house with a surface area of 140 m2, which was built in 1931 in Mediterranean, Dalmatian style. In 2012, the house was fully refurbished with loving attention to detail.
In 2020 we redecorated our sunbathing area. We have built a heated private pool and a new BBQ area.
Villa Toma has 4 double rooms in which 8 persons can be accommodated comfortably. Each room has a fitted built-in closet, and one of the rooms has a walk-in closet. The furniture will remind you of traditional Dalmatian rooms.
In our beautiful custom made kitchen you will find everything you need for your dream holiday. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, a built-in refrigerator and freezer, a range hood, an electric water boiler and coffee machine.
The large living room has a table for 8 persons, a nice sofa and satellite TV. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is also provided, and your valuables can be stored in the built-in safe.
Our two bathrooms have underfloor heating and are elegantly furnished with modern shower cabins and toilets. In addition, we offer a separate toilet and washing machine.
On our terrace and balcony you can enjoy a glass of good wine and a nice dinner while watching the sunset and the reflection of the moon in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
All rooms feature state-of-the-art Daikin air-conditioning systems used both for heating and cooling.
What adds to the beauty of our villa is the large lovely garden surrounding it, where you can experience the luscious mix of Mediterranean and Dalmatian scents of lavender, sage and rosemary. In the garden we have arranged deck chairs for you in our “sunbathing area” where you can enjoy the sun without the hustle and bustle of the beach. Your children and you just have to cross the promenade to get to the beach and enjoy the crystal blue sea.
You can park your cars in the yard of the house without additional charge.
A grocery store, the post office, a pharmacy, numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the wellness centre of Hotel Soline are just a few steps away from our villa.
