Cottage

The house is very comfortable and cozy furnishings, with a fireplace in the living room, and internet connection. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor is reached by a large hallway which 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds and plenty of storage space in the present cabinet. Above the total width of the house is a large balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent ussicht.
The spacious garden is completely fenced and is optimally suitable for small children, but also for your dog which you are welcome to bring. A swing and a plurality of carriages are available for use.
In Figure 9 minutes from the cozy village of Rauris, this is located in a magnificent ski resort which is particularly suitable for families. The ski trail is located in close proximity and place it directly before the door at 1200 meters!
Ski lessons give the 2 ski schools near. A bus that stops right outside the front door takes you to the ski lift, the LAB is located at 9 minutes driving distance.
In the immediate vicinity (200 m) you have de possibility in a small shop to buy your food. There is also the inn and riding Nigglggut where you can eat excellent fresh trout for little money. Furthermore it offers in winter sleigh rides and horse rides through the nature park at. In Rauris itself an outdoor pool is open during the summer months. Furthermore, you expect more than 50 hiking trails of varying difficulty.
