The newly renovated chalet is located in a quiet side street and can accommodate 5-7 people. After a long day at the sea or island sightseeing, you can relax in the lovingly landscaped garden, by the new large pool, on the terraces or in the cozy living room with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV / DVD, W-LAN available). The kitchen is new and fully equipped. From the dishwasher to the coffee machine, everything is there to make your stay more pleasant. The house has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 single bedroom with fan and 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and beach towels.


Distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms: 2 bedrooms and the single bedroom and a shower room are on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a bathroom en suite, which can be reached via an external staircase.

Kitchen-dining-living area: When you enter the entrance area, there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the left. Straight ahead you come straight into the open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, which invites you to social evenings of feasting. From there you also have direct access to the covered terrace and the large pool terrace with a pool of 9 x 5 m in size. On the covered terrace there is a large gas grill and various seating options to end the evening at sunset and a cozy glass of wine.
The living area also offers a modern flat screen TV with satellite connection, DVD player as well as WiFi and a cozy fireplace for colder evenings.

In front of the bedroom on the upper floor there is a large and a small roof terrace with a magical view of the sea.
The house is rented all year round and is equipped with climate inverters (hot / cold!
