Apartment

Due to its special location, protected in the basement, the modern heating system and the high-quality windows, the apartment offers a pleasant climate all year round. The windows are also partially equipped with removable insect screens.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a solid wood double bed (180x200), a dining room with a fold-out wall bed, a living room with a comfortable corner sofa (fold-out bed), a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bathroom was renewed in December 2017.

During the establishment, attention was paid to the use of allergy-friendly materials.

    * HD flat screen TV with integrated digital satellite receiver
    * DVD player in the living room and bedroom (there in
      Integrated flat screen)
    * 2x CD radio (1x additionally with connection for Apple devices)
    * comfortable corner sofa with numerous pillows
    * Double bed with high quality 7-zone cold foam mattresses
      and adjustable slatted frames
    * Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer,
       Extractor hood, microwave, stove with ceramic hob, mixer,
       Kettles, teapots, egg cookers, and toasters
       coffee machine

The kitchen and bathroom are tiled, all other rooms have laminate floors. Some carpets provide even more comfort.
