The renovated main flat of our "Casa Roca Grossa Blanca" consists of a spacious 24 m² living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with large shower (115 x 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine) and balcony. A breakfast terrace with morning sun is in front of the entrance, balcony with sea view on the other side. Children's swing and sandpit in the garden.

The suite with private entrance, is about 28 m², with double bed, kitchenette, fridge and shower room. You rent the whole property, the studio is not rented separately.

Private pool 28 m², 3.5 x 8 m infinity, salt water, with underwater bench, with large pool terrace (over 80 m²). The water is treated without the use of chemical tablets. A modern electrolysis system is used. The water is therefore slightly salty and very kind to the skin and eyes.
Pool heating on request (for an extra charge, depending on the season, approx. 40-180€/week depending on consumption and electricity price), so that from April to October there are pleasant temperatures (up to 30º) in the pool (a deposit must be paid on site).

The pool terrace is equipped with 6 sunbeds and has a great panoramic view over Lloret to the sea.

Registered as a holiday home with the relevant state authority under the number HUTG-003899.

The rental contract is concluded between us and you. Fewo-Direkt/Homeaway only acts as an agent and may provide additional services for their 10% commission.

Car is recommended, but you can also walk to the beach and into town.

Pets can stay free of charge by arrangement. Pet care or dogwalker available for a fee. (And of course you will have to clean up after your pets, the few who don't will be charged an extra fee of 50.- €) The property has to be left broom-clean.
